Shipping

Shipping Overview

We proudly ship throughout the United States and internationally. All domestic orders qualify for FREE shipping, and every shipment includes insurance coverage during transit for added peace of mind.

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

Orders over $1,000 receive complimentary expedited shipping. Orders under $1,000 ship via complimentary standard shipping.

All domestic packages are insured while in transit up to the point of delivery.

International Shipping

We are honored to serve customers around the world, with many international shipping options available directly at checkout.

Please note that all international packages must clear customs, which may occasionally create delays beyond our control.

International Duties & Customs

We do not charge U.S. sales tax on international orders. However, your country may require duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are calculated and presented at checkout.

These charges typically range from 10–20%, though the exact amount depends on your destination country and order value.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance to cover loss or damage during shipment is included with your delivery at no additional charge.

Packages are considered delivered and accepted once signed for at the shipping address. Unless adult signature is specifically required, any person at the delivery address may sign for the package.

If your package appears damaged in transit, please contact the carrier immediately and follow their current claim procedures.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special orders
  • Layaways
  • Sized or altered merchandise
  • Used or damaged merchandise

Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser and in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All original packaging, warranties, manuals, and accompanying materials must be included with the return. Items returned without original packaging or missing materials may be subject to a 5% restocking fee, up to $75.

Online Orders

Requests for eligible returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.

In-Store Purchases

Eligible merchandise must be returned within 20 days of purchase.

Return Authorization

Before sending back any item, please contact Ben Garelick to request a Return Authorization Number.

Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping and for purchasing carrier-provided insurance that fully covers the retail value of the merchandise while in transit.

If a return is due to damage or defect prior to original shipment, Ben Garelick will cover the cost of return shipping and insurance.
